If you receive your item and you are not happy with the quality please email within 14 days and we will replace the item for you. We also offer a lifetime guarantee on the print, so if for any reason the print does not last we will replace the item for you free of charge. Unfortunately at this time we do not refund items as they are made to order, we can only exchange. If your item has a fault please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. If you wish to change your size, please email the above with your name, order number, size received and the size you wish to swap to.
Lost or late ItemIf your item has not arrived please email Charlotte at email@example.com to notify so we are aware that it is lost or late. On the rare occasion that an item goes missing in the post we ask that you relay your address to ensure it has been posted to the correct address. If it is correct we may ask you to check at your local Post Office branch as sometimes post gets stuck there for various errors. If the item is lost due to courier error we will send you a replacement.
